



First, we would like to thank you for your interest in 22nd Street Landing Seafood Grill & Bar for your dining needs. 22nd Street Landing Restaurant is a classic waterfront fish house and a South Bay favorite. Lots of wood, arched windows, marble counters and brass rails give it a San Francisco look. The restaurant overlooks the Cabrillo Marina and 30 large deep-sea fishing and sport diving boats which depart in front of the restaurant.
Banquet Facilities
22nd Street Landing is unique in that we offer different banquet options. Our large banquet room, located at the far end of the restaurant, can accommodate a large party of up to 70 guests (minimum 30). This room has a full view of the marina and a private patio. We also have a cocktail area (upper bar) that seats up to 30 guests (minimum 14). The area is semiprivate and separated from the dining room by a half wall which allows for a relaxing view of the marina. There is a $300.00 room fee for private use of the large banquet room on Friday and Saturday evenings. There is a $150.00 room fee for private use of the large banquet room on Saturday and Sunday afternoons and Sunday evenings. There is no charge for use of the cocktail area (upper bar) or the dining room.
Confirmation Agreement/Final Guest Counts
All banquets require pre-counts at least 48 hours before your event. This means that we need to know the number of guests in your party and the entree that each guest in your party has chosen. Menu choices must be given 1 week prior to the date of your function. Last minute accommodations for additional guests can always be made available, however, "no-shows" will be charged the least expensive entree from the entrees that were selected.
Deposit/Billing/Gratuity
If you wish to book your banquet, a $200.00 non refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be applied to your final bill the day of your function. The final bill is paid in full at the conclusion of the event. An 8% sales tax and a 20% gratuity are added to the final bill. For your convenience, we accept cash and all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks unless pre-approved by management. Prices are subject to change.
Food/Beverage Items
No food, with the exception of a cake, will be permitted to be brought into the restaurant. There is a $1.00 per person cake-cutting fee if you choose to bring a cake for your event. This cake-cutting fee may be waived if you cake is served in place of the Chocolate Chip mousse that is included in our banquet packages. We do offer a full-service bar and a large selection of wine is available to serve during a cocktail hour or to use for a toast. The bar can be hosted (if you pay the tab), cash/carry (guests pay for their own drinks), or partially hosted to your liking. There is an $8.00 corkage fee if you choose to bring in your own wine or champagne. Wine and champagne are the only alcohol allowed to be brought in from outside the restaurant. If you choose to have tablecloths, there is a $6.00 per cloth fee. There is no charge for linen napkins and you may choose the color scheme.
22nd Street has been involved in celebrating birthdays, club and company functions, weddings, receptions and rehearsal dinners since we opened in 1990.
